When someone loves your shot, your marks go up. The more detailed their review — creativity, implementation, overall rating — the bigger the boost. A thoughtful comment amplifies it even more.
A pass brings your marks down, but not unfairly. Newcomers are protected — we soften the blow so you're never punished for being new. And if the reviewer leaves detailed feedback, the penalty is further reduced. Constructive criticism is valued here.
